I am based in North-East London (N16). I teach live online sessions on Zoom and in person home visits across London. All sessions are currently in the virtual studio, between 7am – 4pm Monday – Thursday.

My regular private lesson clients have access to the private members club area of the website. There you will find a large and constantly growing collection of movement videos. There are videos for every level covering subjects that we talk about in class to help you with your personal practice, and also playlists to add a soundtrack to your workouts.

This is a great time to create a small peaceful area in your home for your mat and a basket of your equipment. If you are able to, try leaving the area set and ready for action, this way you will find it easy to come to the mat and have a quick moment to yourself each day in between your weekly classes. Seeing a beautiful enticing area that invites you in reminds you of your intentions. Think of it as your mini retreat that you can visit every day!

Why not train with your friends using your session to achieve two things at once. Move together and share the experience of growing fitter & stronger. Spending time with friends participating in the same mission helps develop your sense of community & gives you something to look forward to each week. A time to support each other, restore calmness and strengthen skills which help us to lead happier lives.

A regular session with friends can bring some welcome routine to your week.  Training together lowers the cost and adds extra accountability to keep you on track with your goals. For duo sessions and small groups + £10 per extra person. A block of ten online sessions shared with two other friends works out at just £32 per session.

Before your first session we will discuss your goals, training experience and lifestyle in an initial 30 minute complimentary consultation, where we will curate a tailored programme for your body.

30 minute sessions are available on request but only online and after induction. In person sessions are a minimum of one hour, 90 minutes sessions are also available on request.

All blocks must be paid before bookings can be made. Blocks are valid for four months from purchase date.  All payments are non-refundable.  If you need to cancel or reschedule a session please note that I have a cancellation policy of 24 hours before the session, otherwise the session must be paid for in full.

Please note clients using drop in sessions are unable to hold specific slots. Drop in sessions are available to book seven days in advance on a first come first served basis.
