Supple Strength blends elements of yoga, Pilates and body conditioning. Working through a range of postures and exercises based upon yoga and Pilates you will build strength, flexibility, improve muscle tone and relieve tight muscles during a non impact workout. Like Pilates there is a strong focus on posture, core stability and body alignment. A typical Supple Strength session will end with a light mindful meditation practice reducing stress and relaxing the body and mind. After a Supple Strength class you will feel stretched and refreshed and leave with a great sense of well-being.
